| I am growing potatoes in aluminium buckets at Gåsö, Stockholm Archipelago. To start with I planted two in each bucket, but they are growing so rapidly and big so I decided to get some more buckets and plant one in each bucket. The potatoes themselves were given to me by my friend Lars. What a nice gift. There are three different varieties, Blue Congo, Timo and salad potatoes. Lovely! |

| The Diamond Jubilee was celebrated in Chipping Campden with a huge street party. More of less the whole High Street was occupied by tables and chairs provided from the town hall, local restaurants and hotel etc. As soon as everybody started to sit down the sun decided to come out and shine on us! For those who was lucky to get a wristband for free food brought their own picnic, drinks etc. Fantastic atmosphere! |

| We had a lovely chicken salad with local asparagus, eggs, Parmesan and a minty dressing. The recipe is by our lovely local "famous" cook Maggie Corbett! |

| Go pastel this summer! From feathery shirt in pink(Meadham/Kirkhoff for Topshop) to painting tins in your garden or redesign your living room. It takes me back to the 70-is when I had a furry short baby blue jacket with pink lining and very pale blue jeans, short and very slim cut! Wish I was a teenager again when I see this, love it all! |

| At Chelsea Flower Show Diarmiud Gavin (Got a silver medal for his scaffolding tower) chose to paint big tins in pastel colours to grow herbs in. Perhaps something for your garden this summer? |
