CHRISTINAS KITCHEN

I did a feature story at my friends house in Gaasoe, Stockholm Archipelago yesterday. Below you are welcome to her oldfashioned and vintage (lovely) kitchen. She also served us a yummy salad made from pappardelle pasta, prosciutto, bresaola and pesto. It was a very hot Swedish summers day so it tasted fantastic. Thank you Christina and for letting us into your summer home!

We went to my friend Christina house in Gaasoe to do a feature for a magazine. Photographer Magnus and I spent the day in her fantastic house shooting lovely pictures. Have a look here later....

BROWNIES AT HAMPTON COURT PALACE SHOW IN LONDON

The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show always promotes children. This year they asked Brownies (Girlguiding UK) all over the UK to contribute with smaller balcony displays to celebrate the organizations 100 year anniversary. Stunning results. Look below as they have recycled old cookers, wheelchairs etc. Inspiring and imaginative. I will relocate tomorrow to our fantastic house in the Stockholm Archipelago for six weeks. Continue reading I you will get a diary from there daily ....

SHAKESPEARE´S COMEDIES GARDENS AT HAMPTON COURT PALACE FLOWER SHOW

Seven small gardens with the theme "Shakespeare´s comedies" was sponsored by RHS in Hampton Court. This was my favourite "The Taming of the Shrew" designed by Yvonne Mathews presents a vibrant, colourful and entertaining tableau that reflects the play, emphasising the fiery temperaments of the two protagonists, and highlights the designer´s passion for colour.
"A Midsummer Night´s Dream" of course. Design by Jayne Thomas Garden Design Ltd, a dreamy floating theme in woodlands described in the play. Lovely and poetic!

Shakespeare Theme at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show

Yesterday I went to Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. The weather was fantastic and so was the show. This years theme is Shakespeare and one of the features is a Scarecrow competition for children from local schools. Just have a look here. These were my favourites, both I think from a " A Midsummer Nights Dream". Well done children! I will be back tomorrow with more highlights from the show!
