We had a dinner party for my sister, brother in law, Charmaine my step daughter, Rosie a family friend etc. The evening was magic, warm and no wind...As a starter we served fresh beatroot cooked "al dente" served with goats cheese some rocket and a vinagrette made with pesto, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oliveoil and spices...yummy...
