  • Sorry for not having blogging for a while....been busy coming back to busy Chipping Campden, enrolling on to a university course (Graphic Design) and planning for upcoming London Fashion Week and London Design Festival. More about that here later this week! Meanwhile enjoy this very juicy and super easy to make cake:
  • You need
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml sugar
  • 300 ml plain flour
  • 75 g of butter
  • raspberries and blueberries
  • almond flakes
  • Mix the eggs, sugar and flour together and put into a buttered cake tray. Top with raspberries and blueberries. Shave the cold butter on top and then add the almond flakes and finish off by sprinkling some sugar on top. Bake for 15 minutes in 200 degrees Celsius. Enjoy on its own or with whipped cream, custard or ice cream.
