Did a bit of spring cleaning in my kithchen this weekend and washed out the old garlic and rosemary olive oil bottles and filled them up with fresh garlic, twigs of rosemary from my garden and virgin olive oil. Easy peasy to do. Clean the bottles, add garlic or any fresh herb you like, fill up with virgin olive oil and put the in the window where the sun can get to them. That will speed up the infusing time! Use when cooking and for salads etc. Nice to bring as a gift instead of flowers or a bottle of wine. | |
