CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW 2

Lupins, no 1, being the most trendy flower at this years Chelsea Flower Show. From pale yellow to vibrant pink. In my native Sweden it is considered a wead, and grows wild in white, pink and purples. I love it, they are tall and elegant and vibrant in its colouring.

This big and passionate Iris was one of the most used flower along with Lupins and Akvileija. Black and dark blue, can it be more dramatic?

Ditigalis in white mixed with electric blue and hostias. Add some white Rhodedendron and Irises and you are close to what Hillier did at their stand in the Pavillion.

Laurent Perriers garden was dominated by pale yellow Lupins and white/pink Digitalis. Reminded me of Swedish summer.

Akvileija, another very popular plant this year. Preferably in dramatic black, but any colour was represented, to the left in this picture. More to come!
